2. Why We Collect It

To create and secure your account, and to authenticate you.
To meet legal KYC/AML obligations and respond to lawful requests from regulators or law enforcement.
To process deposits, withdrawals, and trades, and to detect fraud or abuse.
To provide customer support and respond to disputes.
To improve the Platform and communicate service updates.

3. How We Store & Protect It

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. KYC documents and financial records are stored in access-controlled systems and retained only as long as required for the purpose collected or as required by law (typically the account lifetime plus a regulatory retention period after closure).

4. Who We Share It With

Regulators, law enforcement, or courts, where legally required.
Service providers who help operate the Platform (e.g. email delivery, cloud hosting, KYC verification), bound by confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies/session tokens to keep you logged in and secure your session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain financial and KYC records. To exercise these rights, contact us through in-app Support.
